Welcome to Lebensraum S.A. Here, barrier-free, high-quality residential units are being built directly on the Rio Paraná. We are offering a total of 30 flats of 75 m2, 14 houses of 95 m2 and 4 houses of 117 m2. The rental model is a one-off payment for life with an exit clause in the first 5 years. The construction period is planned from 2027 to the end of 2028, with completion at the beginning of 2029: Your needs and your comfortable living environment take centre stage.
Directly on the second largest river in South America, 15 minutes from Encarnación, with a view of Posadas (ARG) and Encarnación.

About us
Your partner for relaxed living in retirement
MfG Lebensraum S.A. is responsible for the planning, construction and guest care of the resort. Our aim is to offer our guests a smooth, fulfilling holiday experience - with clear communication, reliable service and long-term partnerships.
Our workforce is made up of 10% German employees and 90% Paraguayan employees. The Paraguayan staff are being trained in German during the construction period and are aiming for level B1. The aim is to ensure smooth, bilingual communication between guests and employees on a daily basis.
